Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for school psychology certification
- Proven expertise in conducting psychological and educational assessments
- Ability to interpret test data and present findings to multidisciplinary teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, administrators, and families
- Experience developing and implementing behavior interventions and IEP recommendations
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
- Develop, recommend, and monitor evidence-based interventions and supports
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Response to Intervention (RTI) meetings
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a positive learning environment
- Support crisis intervention efforts and offer staff training as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow district and state reporting guidelines
