Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Ohio
  • Experience with PreK student assessments and conducting comprehensive evaluations
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting impactful reports
  • Flexibility to adapt to full-time or part-time scheduling
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases efficiently
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough PreK evaluations to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Interpret assessment results and share findings with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Develop actionable recommendations and interventions for student support
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, and special education teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and other school team meetings as required
