School Psychologist in Lancaster, TX

Make an impact supporting students and families as a full-time Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) serving schools in the Lancaster, TX area and surrounding communities. Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure/certification as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)
• Experience working as a School Psychologist in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of special education evaluation procedures, case management, and IEP/ARD meetings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and time management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for special education or behavioral concerns
• Participate in eligibility determination, IEP/ARD meetings, and provide recommendations to support student success
• Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students, staff, and families
• Assist with behavioral planning and interventions in collaboration with teaching staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting to comply with state and district guidelines
• Serve as a resource for evidence-based practices in mental health, social-emotional learning, and assessment
