You’ll have the opportunity to implement Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), conduct evaluations, and be a key contributor in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, ensuring each student receives the resources and support they need to thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Michigan School Psychologist certification is required
  • Experience working with K-12th grade students
  • Background in implementing MTSS processes preferred
  • Skilled in conducting psychoeducational evaluations
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within IEP teams
  • Previous experience in an itinerant school psychologist role is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological services and supports to K-12 students
  • Travel between assigned schools to meet diverse student needs
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Assist with designing and implementing MTSS strategies
  • Attend and advise at IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
  • Consult on behavioral interventions and academic support plans

This role offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $55, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition to pay, eligible professionals may receive healthcare coverage, housing, and meals/incidentals, ensuring you are well-supported during your assignment.
