Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current South Carolina School Psychologist License
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably within a K-12 environment
• Strong background in conducting assessments for Special Education eligibility
• Ability to evaluate for Specific Learning Disabilities using the Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) model
• Skilled in assessing Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct full psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for Special Education eligibility
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to interpret assessment data and develop interventions
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and intervention planning meetings
• Provide guidance on best practices for supporting students with a range of exceptionalities
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in alignment with district and state standards
