Elementary Certified School Psychologist - Lebanon, Oregon

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid certification and license as a School Psychologist
• Experience providing services at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and students
• Knowledge of evidence-based mental health, academic, and behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical and culturally competent practice

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students in need
• Consult with staff and families on strategies to support student learning and behavior
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) frameworks
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Support crisis intervention and provide recommendations for next steps
• Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen practice
