Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities
• Familiarity with developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
• Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to school psychology

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and interpret evaluation results
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, parents, and staff regarding academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop and help implement intervention strategies that foster student achievement and well-being
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to coordinate individualized education plans
• Offer crisis management and support as necessary
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation and reports
