Discover an exciting contract opportunity for a skilled school psychologist eager to make a difference in both elementary and middle school settings. In this onsite role, you’ll serve as a pivotal member of two closely situated schools, collaborating directly with staff and students to foster a supportive educational environment. The assignment spans from July 30th through June 2nd, with opportunities available for multiple part-time professionals or up to two full-time specialists—flexibility in scheduling to suit your availability.
Your expertise will be instrumental in daily responsibilities such as collaborating on problem solving initiatives, participating on the Student Intervention and Building Crisis Teams, and fulfilling all duties associated with IEP evaluations and support services for students in grades K-8. You will engage closely with both staff and families, offering vital assessments, intervention planning, and ongoing advocacy for student well-being and academic success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification and relevant state licensure
- Previous experience in a school environment, particularly working with a range of elementary and middle school students preferred
- Strong skills in collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with the IEP process, evaluations, and service delivery
- Ability to work onsite throughout the contract’s duration
Key Responsibilities:
