Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and special education processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
  • Provide counseling and support services to students to promote emotional and academic well-being
  • Consult with staff and offer strategies for behavior management and student engagement
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and deliver professional guidance on student needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with federal and state regulations
