Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification/license to practice as a School Psychologist
- Completion of a Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and delivering direct services
- Familiarity with IEP processes, eligibility meetings, and school-based interventions
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but early-career applicants are also encouraged
Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized academic, cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
- Participate as an active member in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings
- Develop and recommend evidence-based interventions for students
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and emotional well-being
- Assist with crisis response, threat assessments, and behavioral planning as needed
- Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
