Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current School Psychologist certification and active licensure in South Carolina
  • Experience working with K-12 students—elementary, middle, and high school
  • Skilled in conducting psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Strong understanding of educational and behavioral interventions
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Committed to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and recommend interventions
  • Provide consultation and support services to school staff for student educational planning
  • Help develop strategies to address learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team for eligibility and educational planning meetings
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
