Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in K-12 educational settings strongly preferred
  • Expertise in conducting psychological and academic assessments
  • Skilled in developing comprehensive evaluation reports and documentation
  • Strong communication and consultation abilities with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret psychological evaluations to identify student needs
  • Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Work closely with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families
  • Offer recommendations for interventions and accommodations
  • Participate in eligibility meetings and review committees
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
