Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current and valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, special education law, and RTI/MTSS frameworks
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Compassionate approach and adaptability in diverse school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ learning and behavioral needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Recommend and support interventions to foster academic, social, and emotional growth
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards
