Elementary Middle School School Psychologist - Little Rock, Arkansas

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid state certification and current license as a School Psychologist
• Experience supporting elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong understanding of educational assessments, RTI/MTSS processes, and special education laws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative approach when working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological evaluations, assessments, and interpret results for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective support plans and interventions
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational goals
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional/behavioral support to students
• Maintain accurate records and stay current with best practices in school psychology
