Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Colorado state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment, IEP development, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and promoting inclusion
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychoeducational assessments and data-driven recommendations for students
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Offer individual and group counseling to help students develop social, emotional, and academic skills
- Consult with staff and parents to address behavioral or learning concerns
- Assist and lead crisis intervention, and contribute to positive school climate initiatives
