Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License in School Psychology
• Master’s, Specialist’s, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
• Previous experience serving as a school psychologist in a K-12 setting is essential
• Proficient in conducting and interpreting cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments
• Strong technology skills and adept at written and verbal communication
• Calm, solutions-oriented approach to crisis situations and student needs
• Collaborative, flexible, and effective in working with a diverse range of students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling in line with IEP goals
• Develop and implement interventions addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Conduct suicide risk and threat assessments; participate in crisis response and safety planning
• Complete psychoeducational evaluations, FBA/BIPs, and write comprehensive reports
• Attend and contribute to IEP, MTSS, and behavioral health meetings
• Facilitate professional development, psychoeducation, and wellness visits for staff, families, and students
• Collaborate with outside providers and coordinate community resources
• Deliver mental health services under 504 Plans and general education interventions
