School Psychologist in Littleton, CO

Step into a vital role supporting students and their families by joining our in-person school psychology team near Littleton, CO. Two immediate opportunities are available for experienced professionals to serve as Evaluation Team Psychologists on a child find evaluation team within an elementary school setting. You'll become an integral part of a committed group working at North Star Elementary, as well as potentially at additional district sites, conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify and provide services to children ages 0-21.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service License (SSL) with School Psychologist endorsement for ages 0-21.
• Prior experience as a school psychologist, with proficiency in conducting child find evaluations.
• Bilingual skills are highly desirable, especially for the bilingual Evaluation Team position (qualified Early Childhood Special Education teachers with relevant experience also considered for this).
• Ability to operate fully on-site; remote or hybrid options are not available.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working collaboratively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive district credentialing and contractor packet processes promptly.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct child find evaluations at North Star Elementary and other district-approved locations.
• Serve as a core evaluator on a collaborative assessment team, ensuring timely and thorough assessments.
• Communicate evaluation results, recommendations, and next steps clearly to families and educators.
• Participate in district-level bilingual child find evaluations if qualified.
• Support students from diverse backgrounds, including those requiring bilingual assessment.

This contract position offers a set schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working with just one assigned campus per assignment. You’ll work with a supportive district team and enjoy the rewards of direct, in-person impact within a vibrant school community.
