Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid School Psychologist license
- Certification appropriate for K-12 school settings
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education laws
- Clear and effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational and behavioral plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to address academic and social-emotional needs
- Assist in crisis intervention and prevention programs within the school community
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with relevant regulations
