What you bring:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility in California
  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience with psycho-educational assessments, behavioral interventions, and IEP development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Develop and interpret evaluations; participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Recommend and model evidence-based interventions to address academic and behavioral challenges
  • Serve as a resource for crisis intervention, counseling, and preventive mental health support
  • Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with federal and state compliance
  • Help cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
