Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure or credential as a School Psychologist
  • Proven experience supporting K-12 populations in an educational or school-based setting
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, intervention strategies, and best practices for student social-emotional development
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Passion for advocating for student needs and removing barriers to learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students in K-12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
  • Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Deliver training and guidance on behavioral and mental health strategies within the school environment
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records according to professional standards
