Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current School Psychologist certification and state licensure
- Experience providing psychological services within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Proficient in assessments, counseling, and the development of effective IEPs
- Strong communication skills with students, family members, faculty, and support staff
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in all responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for assessment
- Deliver individual and group counseling interventions targeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Partner with teachers and families to address learning challenges and support positive student outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations for interventions and accommodations
- Provide crisis response and support as needed, helping maintain safe and supportive school environments
