Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current School Psychologist certification and state licensure
  • Experience providing psychological services within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Proficient in assessments, counseling, and the development of effective IEPs
  • Strong communication skills with students, family members, faculty, and support staff
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in all responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for assessment
  • Deliver individual and group counseling interventions targeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Partner with teachers and families to address learning challenges and support positive student outcomes
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights and recommendations for interventions and accommodations
  • Provide crisis response and support as needed, helping maintain safe and supportive school environments
  • Stay current with best practices in school psychology through ongoing professional development
