A school psychologist role is available in Los Angeles, CA, offering a dynamic environment where expertise in psychological assessment and student support is essential. This position involves working directly within a school setting and requires the ability to travel as part of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and interventions to support student mental health and academic success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to behavioral strategies
• Monitor and report on student progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Travel to multiple school sites to provide services as required

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid School Psychologist credential or license for California
• Experience in administering and interpreting psychological assessments
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between locations
