Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students’ academic and emotional growth as a School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. Two specialized positions are available: one in-person (with the option for a hybrid schedule), and one fully remote/VOCO-based. Both roles are dedicated to delivering essential psychological assessments and services within a school environment, working with a motivated and collaborative team.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification required
- Experience with psychological evaluations and assessments in educational settings
- Strong communication and organization skills; adept at working with diverse student populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary educational team
- Previous experience providing direct student services (preferred for in-person role)
- Proficiency with virtual assessment tools for VOCO position
Role Responsibilities:
- Complete psychological reevaluations, managing a yearly caseload (approximately 70 for VOCO; around 45 plus direct services for in-person/hybrid)
- Assess and interpret student data to inform educational planning
- Provide consultation to educators and families, supporting interventions and individualized plans
- For the in-person/hybrid role: deliver face-to-face or hybrid student counseling and interventions as needed
- For the VOCO role: utilize virtual platforms effectively to assess and communicate student needs across multiple campuses
- Maintain comprehensive records in compliance with state and district guidelines
