Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Active School Psychologist licensure and certification required
- Experience providing services in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation practices in schools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education and behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across various grade levels
- Evaluate and interpret results to support eligibility for special education services and develop targeted intervention strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive educational practices
- Provide direct and consultative services, including counseling, behavioral interventions, and crisis support
- Advocate for student needs, promoting a positive, supportive school culture
- Partner with parents and staff to foster understanding of students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations
