Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid and current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in a K–12 school setting preferred
  • Expertise in psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and staff
  • Knowledge of special education laws, IEP development, and behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for individualized educational planning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insight
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to assist students with academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
  • Provide crisis intervention and consult with school staff and families
  • Support a positive school climate by facilitating programs that promote wellbeing and resilience
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
