Key Qualifications:
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or closely related field
- Strong understanding of evaluation tools, IEP processes, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Prior experience in a school-based or child/adolescent-focused setting preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Provide both individual and group counseling to address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs
- Participate in IEP and problem-solving meetings, contributing valuable insights for student success
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to build inclusive and supportive educational experiences
- Support crisis intervention efforts and assist with behavioral planning
