A School Psychologist is needed to provide essential psychological services in a school setting located in Lowell, MA. This role involves travel between designated schools to support students’ mental health and educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing IEPs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel between school sites.
