Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Knowledge of assessment tools and evaluation processes
• Ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Conduct evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs), behavior intervention plans, and 504 plans
• Deliver professional guidance and resources to faculty and families regarding mental health and behavioral supports
• Contribute to multi-tiered systems of support and participate in child study or intervention teams as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
