Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a School Psychologist. This full-time position begins August 25 and runs through June 18, offering the chance to make a significant impact during the academic year. You’ll work 37.5 hours weekly, managing a caseload of 50–60 students. Part-time applicants will also be considered, presenting excellent flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and report writing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insight on eligibility and student needs
  • Deliver individual and small group counseling to support students’ academic and emotional development
  • Consult with educators and parents to implement effective behavioral and academic interventions
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes students’ growth and well-being
