Make a meaningful impact supporting students at two secondary middle school campuses in a full-time, contract role for the upcoming school year. Use your expertise in school psychology to conduct evaluations, participate in ARDs, and provide essential counseling services where needed. This position covers the 2026-2027 academic year, running from August 12, 2026, through May 21, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid psychologist license required
  • Previous experience working as a school psychologist, particularly in a middle school setting, is highly valued
  • Strong skills in performing educational psychological evaluations
  • Familiarity with the ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) process
  • Comfortable with PRN-based caseloads for evaluations and handling occasional counseling sessions
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with educational teams, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students as needed
  • Participate in ARD meetings, contributing expertise to support appropriate student placements and service recommendations
  • Offer minimal direct counseling for students, based on necessary referrals
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with district protocols
  • Collaborate with counselors, educators, and administrators to ensure individualized support for each student
  • Adapt readily to the needs of both campuses, managing a dynamic workload
