Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations, eligibility assessments, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Skilled in counseling, consultation, and intervention with students, staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
  • Adaptability and commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify students’ needs and recommend interventions
  • Consult with educators and families to develop strategies supporting academic and behavioral success
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expert guidance on special education eligibility and services
  • Deliver individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and support services
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Promote safe and nurturing school environments conducive to learning and emotional well-being
