Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid state certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to interpret and utilize psychological evaluations and data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school teams
• Dedication to culturally responsive practices and inclusive education

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and write clear, actionable reports
• Support students’ emotional, behavioral, and academic needs through evidence-based interventions
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Contribute to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and 504 plans
• Facilitate small group or individual counseling when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
