Elementary Certified School Psychologist - Manchester Center, Vermont

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure
• Professional experience working at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to interpret data and develop tailored supports for diverse learners
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret findings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans
• Deliver counseling services to individual students and groups
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Assist in implementing prevention and intervention programs tailored to student needs
• Consult with teachers and staff to create strategies for student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and state policies
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and professional learning opportunities
