Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students, including elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Interpret assessment data and develop individualized recommendations
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide direct counseling to students, addressing behavioral, social, and emotional needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on student support strategies
- Promote safe, inclusive, and positive school climates
- Support crisis interventions and prevention programs as needed
