Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current license as a School Psychologist
• Certification to practice in educational settings
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Strong understanding of educational assessments and intervention strategies
• Outstanding communication and consultation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and community resources
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and promoting equity

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs, strengths, and eligibility for services
• Develop tailored intervention and behavior plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention support to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to inform effective instructional and behavioral support strategies
• Facilitate IEP and 504 plan meetings, ensuring compliance and positive student outcomes
• Engage in data-based decision making and progress monitoring
• Actively participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives
