Key duties also involve contributing to Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and reviewing evaluations to support student success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in the school setting; familiarity with grades PreK-12 is an asset
  • Strong background in conducting psychoeducational evaluations
  • Competence collaborating with diagnosticians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret evaluation data and present findings to both educational staff and families
  • Skilled at participating in ARD/IEP meetings and contributing insights for student plans
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations for students at the 9th-grade center
  • Share evaluation responsibilities at elementary schools in partnership with the diagnostician
