Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in school settings, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and developing IEPs
- Ability to administer and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and academic assessments
- Strong communication and consultation skills with staff, students, and families
- Knowledgeable in response-to-intervention (RTI) models and evidence-based interventions
- Proficiency in documentation and case management within a Multi-Service Platform (MSP) environment
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and supporting students across various backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and share actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insight and guidance
- Provide direct and consultative counseling and crisis intervention services
- Support the implementation and monitoring of IEPs and Section 504 Plans
- Promote Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across campus
- Maintain accurate records, upholding compliance with all relevant regulations
