Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, valid professional license as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience in educational settings preferred
- Comfort and adaptability managing evaluations for diverse student populations
- Must complete required fingerprinting and drug screen as part of onboarding
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Availability for a brief prescreen interview to assess suitability
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations for re-evaluations and initial referrals, including educational and autism assessments
- Participate in MD ARD meetings as needed and present evaluation findings to ARD committees
- Deliver small caseloads of counseling as a related service (primarily indirect, dependent on campus assignment)
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop recommendations and intervention strategies for students
- Support school teams in building a positive, inclusive learning environment
