School Psychologist - Manvel, North Dakota

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligible for certification.
• Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical experience considered.
• Knowledge of MTSS/RTI, special education eligibility, and assessment tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement interventions, collaborate in Multi-Disciplinary Teams, and provide counseling services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to determine students’ needs and strengths.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student support plans.
• Evaluate eligibility for special education services and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Deliver individual and group counseling to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
• Contribute expertise to team meetings, crisis interventions, and preventative programming.
• Interpret and communicate assessment findings in consultative meetings.
• Offer recommendations and support for both academic and behavioral interventions.
