Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
• Experience conducting psychological and academic assessments
• Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong skills in counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students’ strengths and needs
• Interpret assessment results and share findings with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and reviewing IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct counseling, intervention, and support services to students
• Consult with teachers and staff to create safe, positive, and inclusive learning environments
• Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes
• Participate in meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
