Key Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota School Psychologist license required
• Experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills

• Skilled in providing direct and indirect services to support student learning and emotional well-being
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and write professional reports
• Develop and implement strategies to address students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support teams in making data-driven decisions
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design and monitor interventions
• Provide crisis intervention and advocacy as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with district and state guidelines
