Based in a rural area, you’ll serve a diverse range of learners across multiple sites, providing essential psychological services and collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals. This role offers the chance to work closely with communities, making a difference where it’s needed most.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
  • Current and valid certification/license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with a broad student population (birth through transition age/young adult)
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Capacity to travel locally between schools or sites in a rural setting
  • Skill in conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and writing clear, actionable reports
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, special education eligibility, and MTSS/RTI preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative psychological services for students from birth to age 26
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to inform educational planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and intervention planning
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Deliver professional guidance and workshops for school teams and families
  • Travel within the region to serve multiple sites and student populations
