School Psych - Maricopa, Arizona

Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting high school students as a School Psychologist with a leading educational partner near Maricopa, AZ. This full-time contract role offers a blend of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility, spanning from July 7th through May 28th, 2027. With a flexible 34-hour workweek (four days onsite and a half-day remote for documentation and indirect work each Wednesday), you'll work with students ages 14 to 22, providing essential psychological services that drive academic and social success.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Arizona School Psychologist certification (required)
• Experience with high school populations, ideally ages 14-22
• Expertise in conducting comprehensive evaluations and direct student observations
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, with experience participating in IEP meetings
• Commitment to fostering mental health awareness and social-emotional well-being in school settings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to document findings and recommendations efficiently, both onsite and remotely

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess student needs using evidence-based practices
• Conduct classroom and individual observations and offer actionable feedback
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families to develop student support plans
• Promote mental health awareness and implement early intervention strategies within the school community
• Complete documentation and indirect work efficiently during designated remote hours
