School Psychologist - Marion, MI

Make an impact in the educational community by helping students achieve their potential in a dynamic, contract-based role as a school psychologist. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with school teams, families, and other support professionals. Whether working on-site or through teletherapy, you’ll play a key role in fostering a healthy, positive learning environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong assessment and counseling skills
• Comfortable adapting to both in-person and virtual modalities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver psychological counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' academic and behavioral needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in both on-site and virtual settings
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
