Step into a dynamic role supporting high school students as an in-person School Psychologist for the remainder of the school year. You will collaborate with a close-knit team of fellow psychologists across two high school campuses, making a measurable difference in students’ educational paths and well-being.

This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, offering the chance to sharpen your skills in an engaging, collaborative setting. Your primary focus will be conducting re-evaluations, with the occasional initial evaluation, as you provide comprehensive psychological services for grades 9-12. Enjoy the routine of a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, where your expertise will make a daily impact.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid and current School Psychologist certification/license as required for practice
  • Experience working in secondary school settings (grades 9-12 preferred)
  • Proven skill conducting re-evaluations and initial evaluations for students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to partner with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work on-site across more than one campus
  • Familiarity with current assessment tools and IEP team processes
  • Collaborative mindset to join an established team of professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychological assessments—primarily re-evaluations, with the occasional initial evaluation
  • Collaborate with students, parents, faculty, and other psychologists to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and guidance
  • Contribute to a team environment, sharing expertise and supporting ongoing professional dialogue
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
