Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing intervention plans
• Strong ability to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and support services to students
• Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and special education procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational assessments and interpret data for educational planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students individually and in groups
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for effective student support
• Assist in the development and implementation of academic and behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
