Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Current or eligibility for School Psychologist credential in Washington State
  • Experience with assessments, counseling, behavioral interventions, and writing IEPs
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Passion for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide consultation and evidence-based support for students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
  • Participate in IEP, Section 504, and other planning meetings
  • Develop and implement interventions that promote student success and well-being
  • Offer crisis intervention, staff consultation, and support the creation of positive behavioral interventions
  • Maintain accurate records while practicing in accordance with legal and ethical standards
