This contract opportunity offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) in a school setting close to Marysville, WA. Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate in School Psychology (or eligibility for WA certification)
  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing evaluation reports
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of special education laws and best practices for supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for elementary students
  • Interpret evaluation results and participate in eligibility meetings
  • Consult with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student needs and interventions
  • Develop and recommend strategies for educational and behavioral supports
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate in the development of IEPs and provide crisis intervention as needed
