Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate in School Psychology (or eligibility)
• Previous experience with elementary-age students preferred
• Strong background in conducting psychoeducational evaluations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
• Ability to maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform student assessments and evaluations to inform eligibility decisions and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families regarding students’ needs and recommendations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Deliver insightful, practical recommendations for instructional strategies and interventions
