Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and interpreting results
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs using standardized and informal measures
• Deliver individual and group counseling to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and specialists to develop and monitor effective interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the eligibility determination process for special education services
• Provide crisis intervention and support in urgent situations
• Consult regularly with families and staff regarding student progress and recommended strategies
