School Psychologist in Media, PA

Take the next step in your career as an experienced School Psychologist, supporting students in a dynamic urban district with two full-time contract opportunities available. Both roles are onsite and require a commitment to five full days per week, offering the chance to be a consistent presence for students and staff.

Openings are as follows:

• First position: Middle school caseload (grades 6-8), work hours from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Second position: Focused at ESA Middle School with the possibility of out-of-district evaluations and overflow responsibilities, work hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. These contract roles are set to begin immediately and run through June 10, 2027.

Key qualifications:

• Active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• School-based experience, preferably in an urban environment
• Proficiency in student evaluations and assessments
• Ability to complete all Pennsylvanian clearance requirements
• Familiarity and comfort with diverse student backgrounds
• Possession of reliable transportation and ability to adhere strictly to stated work hours (no schedule modifications possible)

Primary responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with school teams to develop individualized support strategies
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and provide consultative services
• Deliver support services aligned with school district needs including occasional out-of-district evaluations (second position)
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting while working alongside educators and families
