Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in schools or educational settings
• Proficient in conducting psychological testing, evaluations, observations, and report writing
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with students, educators, and families
• Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology and student support
• Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and confidential care

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychoeducational assessments, behavioral observations, and functional analyses
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely evaluation reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and administrators on intervention strategies and behavioral support plans
• Offer crisis intervention and counseling as needed within the school environment
• Maintain thorough documentation and follow ethical and legal guidelines in all duties
