Make an impact supporting students’ success by providing expert psychological services in an educational setting on a contract basis near Memphis, TN. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid state certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Experience conducting comprehensive psycho-educational assessments
  • Knowledge of relevant special education laws and best practices in intervention
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychological and academic assessments for referred students
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Recommend evidence-based behavior and academic interventions
  • Provide consultation to teachers and families regarding student needs and strategies
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Support school-wide initiatives that enhance emotional and behavioral wellness
