Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Current State School Psychologist certification or eligibility
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and developing intervention strategies
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education compliance
• Ability to work well on a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with all stakeholders
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and produce clear, actionable reports
• Deliver counseling and intervention services to individual students and groups
• Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and families to design and implement student plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility decisions, and ensure compliance with special education law
• Assist with crisis intervention and provide consultation to staff on behavioral and academic concerns
• Maintain detailed, confidential documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards
